LXSV-15¡«20 Valve Controlled Water Meter
Function: The function of this product is to measure the total flux of drinking water passing through the water pipe, meanwhile control the transmission and switch as required or pre-set.
Characteristic£ºThe product of this series is sealed with liquid and the signal is transmitted by dry reed pipes or Hall components.
. ¡¤The ball-valve is driven by the electrical motor. Each time when the ball valve turns 90 degrees, there will be slight movement and switch signal will be transmitted.
¡¤Water meter and ball valve are integral parts. Transmission parts and electrical motors for speed decreasing are all well protected by high-density plastic covers that are strong and nice-looking.
Application condition£º
¡¤Water Temperature is equal to or less than 40¡æ .(If water temperature is equal to or less than 90¡æ, additional specification is needed to be listed.)
¡¤Water Pressure is equal to or less than 1Mpa
¡¤Do not dip in water.
¡¤Working voltage for Electric Motor is 3-5V
¡¤Working voltage for Electric Motor is equal to or less then 200mA
¡¤To make sure the ball-valve work reliably in long time, the control system for the circuit should be switched on and off more than once a month.
Type of Signal:
The signal is transmitted by dry reed pipes or hall components.
The maximum error allowed:
The maximum error allowed for the low zone including the minimum flux(Qmin) ,with an exception of separating flux(qt) is ¡À5%
The maximum error allowed for the high zone from the flux(qt)to over-load flux(qs) is ¡À2%.
Installation Requirement£º
The water meter must be installed in horizontal level with reading side upward and arrow direction must be the same as water current direction.
¡¤The water meter must be installed in a dry environment and be convenient for disassembly and maintenance. It is suggested that the water meter be installed in a box specially designed for water meter.
¡¤Water pipeline needed to be washed or cleaned before the installation of water meter.
