Function:
The function of this product is to record the quantity of cold(hot)
water passing through the pipeline and transform the water usage
into electrical signals for transmission(cannot be used in calculating
polluted water or any corrosion liquids¡£
characteristic :
1. The product is nice-designed with absorption of foreign advanced
structure or configuration with big circulating volume, small size,
light weight. The structure is well made and outer appearance is
nice-looking.(If you need to change counter, it can be changed without
stopping water source)
2.Signal is transmitted by hall components or dry reed pipe.
3. Counter is separated with lower structures so that readings can
be maintained clearly.
4. magnetism connection, small driving resistance ,flexible ad reliable
operation.
5. pressure loss is small and life span is long.¡£
application condition:
water temperature£ºfor cold water meter, it is no more higher than
40¡æ£¨for hot water meter ,it is no more higher than90¡æ£©, but not
lower than0¡æ
pressure is no more larger than 1Mpa
The max error allowed:
The maximum error allowed for the low zone including the minimum
flux(qmin),with an exception of separating flux(qt) is ¡À5%
The maximum error allowed for the high zone from the separating
flux(qt) to the over loading flux(qs) is ¡À2%(for hot water meter,
it is ¡À3%
Installation and application:
1To determine the caliber of water meter, you should firstly understand
the flux inside the pipeline.
You can not simply determine the caliber of water meter by the diameter
of pipeline, the frequently used flux with close to common flux
will be good
2£® Straight pipeline or equivalent rectifier for water current should
be installed at the front position or backward position of water
meter. The straight pipeline width at front position of water meter
should not less than 10D(D is metric caliber of water meter). It
is the same for straight pipeline at backward position or equivalent
water current.
Rectifier units should be installed in the front of straight pipeline
for bended pipeline or water revolving condition caused by center-less
pump.
3£® Debris or foreign stuffs inside the new pipeline should be cleared
off before installation of water meter so as to avoid any damage
or failure in water meter
4£® Filter should be installed at the front position of water meter,
matching with metric caliber of water meter. Filter net should be
taken out for cleaning frequently. The accumulated stuffs in the
filter should be cleared off so as to maintain the accurate measurement
of water meter.
5£®The straight pipelines in the front or at the backward position
should be installed with the same axis of water meter. The seals
should not protrude from the pipeline to avoid inaccuracy in measurement.
6£®Installation location should be free from direct sun shine, frost,
pollution and water flood and be convenient for assembly, disassembly
and meter copying.
7£®Near the installation area, there should be extra roads. In that
way, when assembling or disassembling water meter, water source
will not be stopped.
When installing water meter, the direction of water current should
be the same as arrow direction at the meter cover. Valves should
be installed at the front and backward position of water meter.

8£® When installing hot water meter, avoid vapor entering into pipeline
directly.
