Rotor wet type water
meter with signal transmission function
Function:
The function of this product is used to record the flux of tap water
passing through the pipeline and transform the volume of water usage
to electrical signals for transmission.
Characteristic£º 
1¡¢The basic meter of this product is the water meter of LXS-15E¡«40E
rotor wet type with accurate measurement, high sensibility, safety,
health and with long life span.
2¡¢The volume of water usage is directly displayed from the meter
and meanwhile the volume of water usage will be transformed to electrical
signals for transmission.
3¡¢Each time with 10 liters (or 100 liters) water passing through,
, there will be one signal sent out.
Application condition£º
Water temperature is equal to or less than 40¡æ
For hot water meter, temperature is equal to or less than¡Ü90¡æ
Metric pressure is equal to or less than¡Ü1Mpa
Do not dip water meter into water.
Signal type: The signal is transmitted
by dry reed pipe or hall components.
The maximum error allowed:
£¨a£© The maximum error allowed for the low zone including the minimum
flow£¨qmin£©,with an exception of separating flow£¨qt£©is ¡À5%
£¨b£© The maximum error allowed for the high zone from the separating
flow(qt) to over loading flow(qs) is¡À2%
(for hot water meter, it is ¡À3%)
Installation requirement£º
1¡¢Water pipeline needed to be washed before installation of water
meter.£»
2¡¢The water meter must be installed in horizontal level with reading
side upward and arrow direction must be the same as water current
direction.
3. The water meter must be installed in a dry environment and be
convenient for disassembly and maintenance. It is suggested that
the water meter be installed in a box specially designed for water
meter.
