LXSG-15Y¡«25Y Rotor
type dry water meter with signal transmission function(wire in the
middle)
Function:
The function of this product is to measure the total flux of drinking
water passing through the water pipeline, and transform the volume
of water usage to the secondary measuring appliances in the long-distance
range.
Characteristic:
The meter of this series is rotor type dry water meter with magnetic-driven
type wheel and needles for combined display between impeller and
counter. It is convenient to get clear readings from the meter with
anti-freezing function. You can select 100 liter, 100/3 liter or
10 liter to send an electrical pulse signal.
Application condition:
Water temperature is equal to or less than 40¡æ(if water temperature
is equal to or less than 90¡æ, additional specification needed to
be listed.
Water pressure is equal to or less than 1Mpa
¡€do not dip meter into water.
Signal type£ºSignal is transmitted by dry reed pipe, hall components
or photoelectric cell.
The maximum error allowed:
The maximum error allowed for the low zone including the minimum
flux(qmin),with an exception of separating flux(qt) is ¡À5%
The maximum error allowed for the high zone from the flux(qt) to
the over loading flux(qs) is ¡À2%
Installation requirement:
1¡¢The water meter must be installed in horizontal level with reading
side upward and arrow direction must be the same as water current
direction.
2. The water meter must be installed in a dry environment and be
convenient for disassembly and maintenance.
It is suggested that the water meter be installed in a box specially
designed for water meter. Valves must be installed both in the front
of meter and at the back of the meter.
3¡¢Water pipeline needed to be washed before installation of water
meter.£»
