water meter with endurance of medium pressure and long -distance
transmission of signals
Function:
The function of this product is to measure the total flux of water
passing through the medium-pressed water pipeline, and transmit
the signal of water usage to the secondary measurable appliances
in the long distance.
Characteristics:
The water meter of this series are rotor type water meter with endurance
of medium pressure an d
long-distance transmission of signals. This meter is equipped with
magnet-driven type wheels and needles for combined display between
the impeller and counter. It is convenient to get clear readings
from the meter and the meter can also endure medium pressure. The
meter is also very good at anti-freezing with long life span. Each
time with 10 liters(100 liters) water passing through, there will
be one signal sent out. The signal is transmitted by dry reed pipe
or hall components (If hall components are required for signal transmission,
please make an additional statement when purchasing).

Application condition: water
temperature is equal to or less than 40C
Water pressure is equal to or less than 1.6Mpa
The maximum error allowed:
The maximum error allowed for the low zone including the minimum
flux(qmin),with an exception of separating flux(qt) is ”Ą5%
The maximum error allowed for the high zone from the separating
flux(qt) to the over loading flux(qs) is ”Ą2%
Installation requirement:
1ӢThe water meter must be installed in horizontal level with reading
side upward and arrow direction must be the same as water current
direction.
2ӢWater pipeline needed to be washed before installation of water
meter.£»
3. The water meter must be installed in a dry environment and be
convenient for disassembly and maintenance.
It is suggested that the water meter be installed in a box specially
designed for water meter. Valves must be installed both in the front
of meter and at the back of the meter.
