Intelligent water meter module
Each meter of this type is equipped with one processing module,
with built-in CPU, memory module and communication module of 485
model. Inside the water meter, the pulse signal produced by sensors
(magnet sensible sensors such dry reed pipe, low-consumption hall
components) will be stored inside the memory module in the form
of digital signals after CPU processing. Data can be saved effectively
and will not be lost in a long time, even with power-off.
During the connection with data collector, the modulated digital
signals will get over the influence from the disturbance signal
of external environment for transmission process after CPU processing.
M oreover
the effective transmission length of simulated signals from digital
ones is ten times or even hundred times longer than those from the
traditional long-distance water meter.
Even the values changes due to the disturbance in transmission process,
the verification codes in communication will detect the errors reliably
and require resending or restoring the data.
Each meter in communication is assigned with one address. In control
position, it is possible to operate readings, set at numbers, write
or read address and control valve switch. Status code can display
whether the sensor is working normally, whether water stealing exists
and whether internal electrical pressure is too low. By verification
code, it can be ensured that whether the address position, control
position, status position and data position in the front are correct
or not during the transmission process.
This meter is designed for the purpose of low consumption. Even
with power-off, it can still work reliably in twenty-four hours
and monitor the water conditions at the time of power- off
